Herbert F. Norris, Jr., born October 27, 1932 in Haverhill, NH, to Herbert F. Norris and Ruth Sheldon Norris, died on December 4, 2017, in the local hospital in Greeneville, TN, from complications from pneumonia. He is survived by his loving partner of 32 years, Linda Dugard; daughter, Connie Norris; son Sheldon Norris; 4 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; stepchildren, aunts, cousins, and dear friends. He will be truly missed by all. There will be no formal services.
