Kevin William Ottinger Obituary (1956 - 2016)

Kevin William Ottinger, 60, of Greeneville, passed away Sunday, September 4, 2016 at Signature HealthCare. He is survived by his mother, Kathleen Wahnell Ottinger; five brothers and sisters in law, Steve and Martha Ottinger, Michael and fiance, Cheryl Phillips, Hal and Sandra Ottinger, David and Gina Ottinger, and Phillip and Terri Ottinger; sister, Kathy McCrary; several nephews, and one niece. He is preceded in death by his father, Eldon Ottinger; grandparents, Basil E. and Annie Ottinger, and William and Ethel Willis; infant brother, Chris Eldon Ottinger; sister-in-law, Nyoka Ottinger. Pallbearers are Jonathan Ottinger, Erik Ottinger, Derek Ottinger, Corey Ottinger, Rodney Ramsey, and Richard Myers. The family will receive friends, Wednesday, September 7, 2016 from 5-7pm at Jeffers Funeral and Cremation Service Downtown. The funeral will follow visitation, at 7pm in Jeffers Chapel Downtown, with Rev. Larrie Pike officiating. A graveside service will be held, Thursday, September 8, 2016 at11am, at Pine Grove UM Cemetery. Family and friends are asked to meet at the funeral home at 10:15am, to go in procession to the cemetery. Honorary pallbearers are Sean Ottinger, Briana Ramsey, Ethan mcCrary, Mason Strong, Dawson Ottinger, Jack Neas, Peggy Southerland, Staff of Signature HealthCare, and the staff of the Douglas Cooperative Group Home, in Newport.
