Patsy E. Moulton, 67, of Afton, passed away Saturday, January 20, 2018 at her home. She is survived by her Daughters & Sons in Law: Tracey Gosnell & husband Jimmy and Sharon & Kenny Coppock; 3 Grandchildren: Tabitha Loftin, Kenneth James Coppock Jr., and James Thomas Gosnell; 2 Sisters: Mary Jane Tuggle and Sarah Chalfont; 2 Brothers: Jimmy Moulton and Billy Moulton; Special Friends: Barbara Bailey, Donna Lubinski, Jackie Fielding, Vicki Devito.
