Ruby Faye Doolittle Obituary (1935 - 2016)

Ruby Faye Hunt Doolittle, 81, of the Walkertown community, passed away Friday, September 23, 2016 at her residence. She is survived by her children, Marion and Janice Doolittle, Regina Miller, Gloria Doolittle, Walter and Patsy Doolittle, Jr, and Harold and Metra Doolittle; grandchildren, Christina Doolittle Shelton, Melissa Doolittle, James Bradley Doolittle, Mark and Deprina Wills, Gavin and Stephanie Haire, Jeanne Marie Johnson, Walter John Doolittle, III, Logan James Doolittle, Deandra Doolittle; nine great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband, Walter John Doolittle, Sr.; son, Kevin Wayne Doolittle; grandson, Marion Harold Doolittle, Jr.; her parents; two brothers. The family will receive friends Wednesday, September 28, 2016 from 4-7pm at Jeffers Funeral and Cremation Service Downtown. A memorial service will follow visitation, with Rev. Nathan Reynolds and Rev. David Dugger officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home, to help defray funeral expenses.
