Weir; 3 special granddaughters Abigayle, Rosentrater, Hailey Rosentrater, Kadence Rosentrater; Her adoptive mother, Wanda Nelson Holt, her biological Mother Deanna Ruth Billerbeck both of Greeneville; 2 brothers and sister-in-law Allen C. Nelson and Douglas and Rachel Nelson all of Greeneville; A number of special nieces and nephews and cousins. Special friends George Mitchell, Tim Rogers, Carolyn O’Neill, and her supportive friends @ the Waffle House.
