Jewell “Faye” Lamb, 74, of Limestone, passed away on December 15,2019 at her home.
Mrs. Lamb was the office manager of Mike Lamb Trucking. She was handsdown the best mother and nanny ever and was like a mother toeveryone, always putting others before herself. She could truly doanything that she set her mind to. She will truly be missed
She is survived by her mother: Georgia Ball; children and theirspouses: Randy Lamb & Angie, Lesa & Tommy Thompson, Mike & MichelleLamb, Rhonda & Michael Stanton, Al & Jennifer Lamb, step-daughter:Farol & Leroy Foster; grandchildren: Ethan Lamb, Tiffany Kilday, RyanThompson, Josh & Katie Lamb, Andi Lamb, Erica Lamb, Brandon & BrittanyShelton, Joe Stanton, Gavin Lamb, Shayna & Tanner O’Laughlin, EthanHarmon, Elaine Wiltermood, Sammy Harris; great grand-children: EllaCampbell, Makenzie Fannon, Silas Thompson, Coy Thompson, Ronnie DaleShelton, Daniel Irvin, Bryson Harris, Khloe Harris, Malakye Harris,and Bentley Blevins; sisters & brothers-in-law: Patsy & JimmyG’Fellers, Karen Littleton, Linda & Rocky Tweed, sisters in law &brothers in law: Carmaleta Armfield, Shirley & Billy Britton, Jerry &Joanne Lamb.
She is preceded in death by her husband: Bud Lamb; father: Henry Ball;and sister: Janice Weems.
The family will receive friends Wednesday from 4-7 PM at JeffersFuneral Chapel at Afton.
The funeral will be Thursday at 12 noon with the Rev. Anthony Payneand the Rev. John Buchanan officiating. Interment will follow inGraceland Memorial Gardens with Brandon Shelton, Josh Lamb, EthanLamb, Gavin Lamb, Ethan Harmon, Ryan Thompson, and Joe Stanton servingas pallbearers
